Special Visit for Day Habilitation

On Friday, April 29, 2022 the Little Brays of Sunshine came to Gateway for a visit and our Day Habilitation participants enjoyed petting, brushing, feeding, and getting to know these gentle and sweet animals. It was a perfect spring day for a visit. Thank you Little Brays of Sunshine

Gateway's Executive Team at NATCON22

The National Council for Mental Wellbeing hosted their annual conference in Washington, D.C. in early April. Gateway's CEO Stephanie Turco, CFO Brian Schneider, CQCO Courtney Beaupre, and VP of Human Resources Janine Shepard-Stivers (not all featured in this photo) attended the conference to connect, learn, and network to improve the services we offer to our community. It was enlightening and educational!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Together For Mental Health - This year the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) will amplify the message of "Together for Mental Health." Mental Health is an incredibly important part of overall health. With a growing number of Americans experiencing mental health symptoms, we need to join together to advocate for improving our nation's mental health care system.  Join NAMI and the national movement to raise awareness about mental health. Fight the stigma, provide support, educate the public and advocate for policies that support people with mental illness and their families. #Together4MH
