Staff Appreciation 

Every summer our Human Resources department throws a party for the staff at Gateway Hudson Valley to say "Thank You" for everyone's work and dedication. This past Wednesday, Brooks' House of Barbeque served up an amazing lunch and Licensed to Chill Ice Cream truck dished out delicious treats. We played Pictionary, water balloon toss, corn hole, and trivia. What a fantastic day, spending time with all the different departments that work together for our community! Join our team...   

 
 

Step up to the plate to support Gateway while enjoying a night at the ballpark 

The Hudson Valley Renegades have included us in their "We Care Wednesday" program for the game on August 13th. We hope to see you at Heritage Financial Field to help support the programs and services that enable adults with mental and physical disabilities, and those in recovery, to thrive in their communities.

Picnic Season continues...

Gateway and the Ulster County Office for the Aging are looking forward to the next summer picnic at Robert Post Park on August 21. Reserve your spot to enjoy Gateway's good food with good friends by calling the UC Office for Aging at 845-340-3456.

Gateway Hudson Valley placed FIRST for Affordable Housing Organization and Public Health Organization, and SECOND place for Food Justice Organization and Public Health Advocate/Activist - CEO Stephanie Turco. 

 

Employees Nominating Employees - Congratulations Ryan!

The Kudos Card Program was launched in April 2024 by Gateway's Human Resources department.

Employees are encouraged to present a Kudos Card to any other employee to show their appreciation for things like pitching in or being a great team player.  The Kudos Card can be presented to one’s manager, employee, or colleague.  Each quarter, HR draws from the submitted Kudos Cards to give the winner a $50 gift card! Ryan Faulkner won for the second quarter of 2025!
