PROS Open House - monthly 

NEW!!! Join us on the second Monday of each month for a PROS (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services) OPEN House from 2-3:30pm. Open to the public for tours and questions with staff and participants and help with referrals. It's always nice to see where you'll be meeting with people and who you'll be meeting with. Employees Recognizing Employees

The Kudos Card Program was launched in April 2024 by Gateway's Human Resources department.

Employees are encouraged to present a Kudos Card to any other employee to show their appreciation for things like pitching in or being a great team player.  The Kudos Card can be presented to one’s manager, employee, or colleague.  Each quarter, HR draws from the submitted Kudos Cards to give the winner a $50 gift card! 

Kudos Card Recipients are recognized on the employee web portal for a quick reference, but we wanted to publicly recognize those employees here for the beginning of the first quarter of 2026 - Stephanie Ferraro (Compliance), Dawn Miller (Reception), Kat Navarra (Reception & Sr. Nutrition Program), Melissa Tefft (Residential), and Aubrey Vierstra (Residential).
