Earth Day 2023

Earth Day is a great reminder of how special our environment is and how good it feels to be a part of it. We took some time on April 21 to pick up litter and plant some flowers around the headquarters here in Kingston to celebrate.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

In celebration of Mental Health Awareness month, we're excited to announce that students attending Gateway's PROS (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services) program will be showing their artwork at the main branch of Ulster Savings Bank on Schwenk Drive in Kingston, NY. We hope you'll stop by to see their creative works of art.

Kingston Clean Sweep

The Gateway team was out to help at this year's Kingston Clean Sweep this past Saturday, hosted by The Friends of Historic Kingston and supported by the City of Kingston. We enjoyed joining the community for another year of making the city even more beautiful. 

 

31st Annual Doug Maloney Memorial Golf Tournament

Save the date - Thursday, September 21, 2023 for the 31st Annual Doug Maloney Memorial Golf Tournament at Wiltwyck Golf Club in Kingston, NY.

Come out to enjoy the last days of summer on a beautiful course and raise money for the programs and services of Gateway Hudson Valley. 

 

Welcome Jennifer Sass

We welcomed Jennifer Sass, LCSW-R to the Executive Team at Gateway Hudson Valley as the Vice President of Vocational & Therapeutic Services. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the human services field. She will be responsible for the monitoring and oversight of several programs at Gateway such as PROS, Day Habilitation, CORE as well as other programs and initiatives. In addition to the roles listed above, Jennifer has presented for various groups in the community and for her employers doing teambuilding and development. Jennifer is committed to serving the residents of her community and helping to advance mental health and recovery initiatives for all people.
